Chart of accounts

A chart of accounts that comes with the journal

vorerfasst brings the Austrian EKR as a starting chart, so you do not have to bring one. The journal then teaches the contra account, the tax rate and the cost centre. Your own chart is possible, not necessary.

Starting chart included

Without your own chart, vorerfasst proposes the Austrian EKR. Missing accounts are added instead of blocking the import.

Personal accounts from the journal

Customers and vendors are created from the personal accounts in the journal (2… for customers, 3… for vendors) with the name from the posting text. Open items hang on those accounts.

Contra account and tax learned

Contra account, tax rate and cost centre come only from already booked journal lines or your correction. A difference stays an open case instead of being quietly guessed.

How it works

Customers and vendors on the personal accounts.

  4. 4

    Approve and export

After approval the records leave as a file.

Questions

Where does the customer master data come from?

From the journal. The personal account and the name are there; a separate manual master is not needed.

Do I have to bring a chart of accounts?

No. Without your own chart, vorerfasst proposes the Austrian EKR.

Does a missing tax rate stay empty?

Yes. If none is in the line, the field stays empty. vorerfasst does not make one up.
