Accounting

Accounting that starts with a status, not a pile

Import journal, open items and bank statement as CSV, settle the open cases and hand out a posting batch for DATEV, BMD, RZL, Lexware, Sage or SAP Business One. Every export stays a draft until a person saves it, and the trial run stays where it belongs: in the target system.

What vorerfasst prepares

Personal accounts come from the journal. Open items hang on those accounts. The journal supplies the contra accounts and tax rates that have already been booked. What is missing stays open instead of being quietly filled with a tax rate.

What stays with people

Saving, approving and the bank file. The financial accountant reviews, C-level approves. Without that stamp there is neither a posting batch nor a SEPA file.

How it works

  1. 1

    Import the lists

Journal, open items for customers, open items for vendors and bank statement as CSV. You map the columns once, after that vorerfasst remembers the mapping.

  2. 2

    Settle the open cases

Missing account, missing tax rate, possible duplicate. The traffic light shows what cannot be exported yet.

  3. 3

    Review and approve

The financial accountant reviews, C-level approves. The stamp comes with server time and stays as its own list.

  4. 4

    File for the firm

The same lines go to the target system as EXTF, BMD Satzart 0, RZL euro file or SAP DTW.

Questions

Does vorerfasst invent a tax rate?

No. If none is in the line and none in an already booked journal line for that account, the field stays empty.

Do I need a live interface?

No. You import CSV and export a file. No standing access to DATEV, BMD, RZL, Lexware, Sage or SAP Business One.

Where is the data?

Intended for Frankfurt in the EU. Login only with password and authenticator, the books stay attached to their client.
